Very Shallow Interpretation

CONS: Very shallow interpretation, with many factual inconsistency and errors, small and big.
For example, it declares that there are 7 koshas? Since when? There are 5 koshas. Or, (citing from memory), Iyengar's famous - "yoga helps unite the soul, mind and body, so they all blend into one" - eeh? Isn't it the goal of yoga to realize that you are not this body, but the soul aka atman? So the yoga is actually un-blending the soul from the body! Etc. etc. etc. Some time in the future maybe I will elaborate and review the book in-depth.
PROS: Good paper & print quality.
